Refund Policy
How one-time payments, digital delivery, and refund requests work for hootform.
Last updated: April 26, 2026. hootform is delivered as hosted software, with paid access activated on the account used at checkout after payment confirmation.
Digital Delivery
After a successful purchase, your hootform account receives access to the paid features included in the plan you bought. Delivery is electronic only. No physical product is shipped.
Lifetime Plan
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. Access is tied to the account used for the purchase and remains subject to the Terms and Conditions.
Refund Window
If the payment was accidental, paid access was not delivered, or the product is materially unavailable to you after purchase, email shantanu@hootform.com within 14 days of payment. Include the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue.
Review Process
We review refund requests case by case. Refunds may be declined if the account has substantially used the service, violated our Terms, created payment or fraud risk, or if the request is made after the refund window. If a refund is issued, paid access may be removed.

If you cannot access paid features after checkout, contact us before opening a dispute so we can investigate the payment and account status.
