Refund Policy

At GharGlow Studio, we pack every handmade item with care. Because each piece is made or finished by hand, slight differences in colour, texture, size, or finish are normal and are not treated as defects. We accept refund or replacement requests only if the item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, and you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the parcel and product. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after we receive and verify the return, if a return is required. Custom, personalised, sale, and made-to-order items are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Return shipping, where applicable, may be arranged by us or borne by the customer depending on the case and product condition.
