Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed.

Use Of The Service

You may use hootform to create forms, publish public form links, collect responses, and manage related workspace content. You are responsible for the content you create and for having the rights and permissions needed to collect information from respondents.

Acceptable Use

You may not use hootform for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or security-compromising activity. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or collect sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate notice.

Respondent Data

Form owners control the forms they create and the responses they collect. You are responsible for your forms, respondent notices, consent requirements, and compliance with laws that apply to your use case.

AI Features

AI-powered functionality may classify answers, ask configured follow-ups, or generate draft content. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use it.

Plans And Payments

Some features may be free during MVP or beta periods. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, renewal rules, and cancellation options will be presented before purchase.

Availability And Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of hootform as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers And Liability

hootform is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may stop using hootform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use the product in a harmful or unlawful way.
