Embed guides

Put a form on any website

Step-by-step guides to embedding a hootform form on Webflow, WordPress, Notion, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Framer, Carrd, Ghost or any HTML page.

One snippet, four ways to show it

Every published hootform form can sit on your own site: in the page like an image, as a popup from a button, as a slider from the side, or filling the whole window. You copy one snippet from the form's Share menu, on the Embed tab, and paste it where your site builder accepts HTML. The embedding docs cover every option.

Each guide here shows where that paste goes on one platform, and which of the four ways work there, since some builders run custom HTML in a sandbox, or only accept a link. We mark a guide as tested once we've followed it on a real site.

Questions people ask

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You paste one snippet that hootform writes for you. The guides show where it goes.

Will the form match my site?

It keeps its own design, which you set in the form's Design settings. Pick your site's colours and font there and it will blend in.

Can I embed more than one form on a page?

Yes. Paste each form's snippet. The script line only needs to be on the page once.

Your next form, finished.
