Every template works on the free plan, with unlimited forms and unlimited responses. A few use AI follow-ups, which are part of Premium. They're marked, and the form still works without them.
Questions people ask
Are these templates really free?
Yes. Use as many as you like on the free plan, and collect as many responses as you need. Premium adds things like AI follow-ups and removes the hootform badge, but no template needs it.
Can I change a template after I use it?
Completely. Using a template copies it into a new draft form. Change the questions, the logic, the design and the wording. Nothing links it back to the template.
Can I build a form from scratch instead?
Yes. Start from a blank form, or describe what you need and let AI draft it for you (a Premium feature).
