Event and RSVP form templates
Free event form templates: event registration, webinar sign-up, wedding RSVPs and restaurant reservations, with response limits and close dates built in.
- Event registration form template Sign people up for an event, with seats, sessions and dietary needs. Pair it with a response limit to cap attendance.
- Wedding RSVP form template Who's coming, what they'll eat and what they want to dance to — with a kind path for regrets.
- Webinar registration form template Sign people up for a session, with a trailer up front and the campaign that sent them recorded.
- Restaurant reservation form template Take bookings with the table, the occasion and the kitchen's notes in one pass.
- Event feedback survey template How the event went, part by part: talks, workshops, networking, venue and food, then what to change next year.
Registrations, RSVPs and bookings
Event forms have deadlines and capacities, and these templates are built around both. Set a response limit and a form closes itself when the room is full. Set a close date and it stops taking replies when the caterer needs final numbers. Either way, the form says it's closed rather than taking a booking you can't honour. See close conditions.
Each template asks the questions organisers get wrong most often: how many seats, including the person replying; dietary needs as a list the caterer can count; and which parts of the day someone will actually attend. The wedding RSVP skips the dinner questions for guests who can't come, and asks them to leave a note instead.
Questions people ask
Can I cap the number of registrations?
Yes. Set a response limit when you publish, and the form closes once that many people have registered.
Can attendees get a confirmation email?
The ending confirms on screen. To send an email, connect a webhook to your email or event tool.
Can I take payments for tickets?
Not yet. hootform doesn't take payments today, so these templates suit free events, or events where you invoice separately.
