One form builder, two plans
Every feature here works on the free plan, with unlimited forms and unlimited responses, unless its page says it's Premium. Premium is $19 a month for the whole organization, and it adds the AI features, deeper Insights and your own branding. It never unlocks the right to collect more answers.
Each page shows the feature running where a template shows it off, lists the templates that use it, and says exactly which parts are free and which are Premium. That comes straight from the code that decides it, so it's never out of date.
Questions people ask
Is every feature available on the free plan?
Most are. AI features, detailed Insights, partial responses, custom branding, retention and a few organization-wide controls are Premium. Each feature page has a table saying which is which.
Do free forms stop working if a subscription lapses?
No. Forms keep collecting responses. Premium touches, such as your logo or AI follow-ups, stop applying on the next page load, and come back as soon as you upgrade again.
