Settings
Date & time has no settings of its own beyond the ones every question has.
What respondents see
Their device's own date and time picker, in their own language and format.
The answer
Stored as YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM, such as 2026-09-24T14:30, on a 24-hour clock.
The answer is exactly the day and time the respondent picked, with no time zone: 14:30 means 14:30 wherever they were. If respondents might be in different time zones, say which one you mean in the question, for example "What time suits you (London time)?".

2026-09-24T14:30. - Encryption: always encrypted when the form is, and never sent to an AI model.
