Question types Yes / No

Question types

Yes / No

A single yes-or-no question, answered with one tap or key.

The quickest question to answer: "Have you used us before?", "Can we contact you about this?".

Settings

Yes / No has no settings of its own beyond the ones every question has.

What respondents see

Two cards, Yes and No, with Y and N as their keys. The form moves on by itself a moment after a pick.

The answer

Stored as true or false.

  • CSV, emails and the responses table: "Yes" or "No".
  • Webhooks: "value": true, with "text": "Yes".
  • Insights (Premium): how many said each.

In logic

is (Yes or No), is answered, is not answered. Yes / No questions are the simplest way to branch: "Have you used us before?" is No → skip the questions about their experience.

If "no" isn't an acceptable answer, such as agreeing to terms, use Consent instead: a single checkbox that must be ticked, and that records the wording that was agreed to.
